How to play Memory Match
- On each try you turn over two cards.
- If they match, they stay face up in green.
- If not, they flip back over: memorize where they are.
- Choose 4×4 (8 pairs), 4×5 (10) or 6×6 (18). Your record is the lowest number of tries.
Tips to beat your high score
- Go through the board in order, row by row, instead of jumping around at random.
- Give each picture a name or a sound: it is easier to remember.
- If your first card is new, flip a card you already know as the second one so you don’t lose information.
Medals
Earn medals by reaching these scores on the default difficulty (harder ones have their own medals): 🥉 ≤ 16 tries · 🥈 ≤ 12 · 🥇 ≤ 10. Every medal also gives you XP to rank up.
Why is Memory Match so addictive?
It is working-memory training disguised as a game. Watching your number of tries drop from one game to the next is tangible proof that your memory is getting sharper.
